We have joined forces with Bar Soba to create a very special Tsingtao beer cocktail which will hit you ‘Right in the plums!’
50ml Kraken Black spiced rum
1 bar spoon of plum and damson jam
25ml Fresh Lemon juice
1/2 shot Tsingtao beer gomme
1 fresh egg white
25ml Tsingtao beer
Add all ingredients to shaker, dry shake without ice, then add ice and reshake, single strain into ice-filled schooner glass, garnish with two fresh plum slices and atomise with plum bitters.
